Hengrave Hall, Chapel Magnificent glass in the chapel where the twenty-one C16 panels once thought to have been executed by either Galyon Hone or Robert Wright of King's College Cambridge fame. However it now seems more likely that the glass came from Troyes in France. The scenes incude The Creation and Genesis in four panels with Adam and Eve, Noah and Lot leading straight to the New Testament with the Annunciation and Visitation, through the Childhood sequence to the Jordan Baptism, the Entry into Jerusalem and the Passion series in five panels. After the Ascension comes Christ as described in St John’s Relevation amidst the sun, moon and stars
