Drayton Beauchamp, St Mary Some of the finest glass in Buckinghamshire in the E window where ten of the Apostles portrayed in C15 glass (St Luke and St Barnabas are missing). Each is labelled on the base of the chequered plinth upon which they stand and carries a scroll with a sentence from the Creed. In the S chancel is a C15 figure of the Virgin, possibly from a Crucifixion, set against an unusual but handsome background of blue and white diaper.
