St Lo, Notre Dame

Much of the glass was removed a year before the town was bombarded in 1944 and therefore survived - unlike much of the west end of the church. A fine piece by Arnoult de Nimegue in bay 8; an unusual portrayal of the Fall of the Angels at the End of the World in the window in bay 20
