Norfolk Stained Glass

Shelton, St Mary

The most significant glass is in the three east windows with original C15 glass in the tracery lights; later C16 glass is included in the main lights. In the north and south nave windows tracery lights are repeats of the Shelton family rebus - a shell on a ton (a barrel).thus:-
